The freaks come out to Venice Beach

I went out to Venice Beach last Wednesday in plans of fulfilling the Freak Show project and arrived to find that it is only available on weekends.  Sunday evening I made a second trip out to gather the photographs necessary for building toward the assignment.
At first, I was reluctant to visit because I'd been there before and was expecting it to be as small as it had been. I was glad upon entry to find an extended museum and live show on stage.  I spoke with Danielle, the owner who explained that they'd been able to expand the space during the recent years and had acquired several new attractions.  There were several artifacts to explore in the gallery, but Rocky five-legged canine mascot was the most adorable freak at the exhibit who showed his grace by prancing up to me and allowing me to pet him =) .  Aside from him though, the balloon and sword swallowing guy along with the flexible electric girl are definite assets necessary in putting forth the freak shows success. Danielle said that this coming weekend, they are expecting a visit from the "Wolf Man" of Mexico who has performed there already in the past.
